Psychological Counselor · Podcaster · Author

Come home to the parts of yourself you've been avoiding.

I work with people who've read the books, done the workshops, and still feel a quiet distance between who they are and who they could be. My work meets you in the body, where the patterns actually live.

Ways in

Four doors into the work.

How I work

Three quiet principles.

Body first. Story second.

Insight without the body becomes another form of bypass. We begin with sensation, with breath, with what the nervous system is actually doing right now, and let the understanding follow.

Slow is faster.

The parts of you that learned to protect you didn't arrive in a hurry. They won't leave in one either. Meeting them at their pace is the shortest honest route through.

Wholeness, not fixing.

You are not a project to be optimized. The parts you've exiled, the anger, the need, the tenderness, are the ones holding your aliveness. We bring them home.

About

Short version.

I'm a psychological counselor, author, and one of the two co-hosts of the Expanding Consciousness podcast. I started out as a software engineer. A few years in, I realized I was reading psychology on the train home and putting code aside in the evenings, and eventually I followed that. I'm now studying toward becoming a psychotherapist, which in the German-speaking world is a long road, and I'm at peace with that.

My own work ran through plant medicine, Jungian depth psychology, somatics, and years of quiet fieldwork on my own shadow. The book, the 1:1 offerings, the conversations on the show, all of it comes out of that path. I'm not a clinical therapist yet. I'm someone who has spent a long time near the fire and now sits with others while they warm up.
