1:1 work

Your body already knows what to do.

I work with people one-to-one in the same way I wish someone had worked with me ten years ago: slowly, without an agenda, and with both hands on the body. Most of what we call "a stuck pattern" is not a thinking problem. It is a tiny, old decision your nervous system made to keep you safe, and then kept making, long after the danger was gone.

In our sessions we listen for those decisions, we let them move, and we let the part of you that made them rest. What follows is not a new personality. It is a quieter version of your own.

Three ways to work together

Three rooms, one practice.

01, Body

TRE

Tension & Trauma Release Exercises. A body-based practice developed by Dr. David Berceli that deliberately activates the nervous system's natural tremor mechanism, the same mechanism that every mammal on earth uses to discharge stress and return to baseline, and the one that humans, for complicated cultural reasons, have almost forgotten how to trust.

A TRE session is not dramatic. You lie on a mat. I guide you through a simple sequence that gently fatigues the psoas and the deep core, and then your body begins to shake, and I help you stay with that shake without interrupting it. What releases is often tension you didn't even know you were holding. People frequently cry, laugh, sleep better that night, and feel something in their hips they haven't felt in a decade.

Who it's for

  • People carrying chronic tension or unexplained physical tightness
  • High-functioning overworkers whose body never quite switches off
  • Anyone who has "done the therapy" but can still feel the residue
Format: Online, or in person in Bad Reichenhall (Bavaria) Length: 60–90 min Language: DE / EN Investment: €120 / session

02, Emotion

Neo Emotional Release

Deeper emotional processing work. Where TRE opens the door in the body, Neo Emotional Release walks you through it. Using guided somatic techniques combined with focused breathwork and present-moment tracking, we access the layers of emotion the nervous system has been carefully protecting, old grief, early rage, the terror that learned to live as numbness, the longing that learned to live as control.

This is not catharsis for its own sake. The intention is not to detonate, but to integrate: to let the feeling complete its natural arc so the body can finally put it down. A session is typically 90 minutes. What we touch in that time is often what years of talking could only circle.

Who it's for

  • People who feel emotionally flat, disconnected or numb
  • Those with grief, rage or longing that never quite finds an exit
  • Anyone who understands their pattern but can't feel it shift
Format: Online, or in person in Bad Reichenhall (Bavaria) Length: 90 min Language: DE / EN Investment: €150 / session

03, Depth

Psychological Counseling

Talk-based depth work. A more traditional format, two chairs, or two squares on a screen, and a real conversation. I bring together Jungian depth psychology, shadow work, inner-child work, and the practical somatic awareness that runs underneath everything I do. This is where we think together, map the pattern, name the parts, and start to see the life you've been living from the inside out.

I am not a clinical therapist. I am a trained psychological counselor, and I work best with people who are broadly functional and are ready to turn toward themselves honestly. Counseling sessions pair beautifully with TRE or Neo Emotional Release over time, the talking holds the frame while the body does the quieter, deeper work.

Who it's for

  • Those in life transitions, relationship, career, identity
  • People working through shadow, projection or old family patterns
  • Anyone wanting depth-psychological companionship alongside their own path

Important. My work is not a replacement for clinical psychotherapy or medical care. If you are currently in acute crisis, dealing with severe trauma, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or managing a diagnosed psychiatric condition, please work with a licensed clinical therapist or physician. I am happy to work alongside that care, but never in place of it.

Frequently asked

Questions people ask before they book.

How is this different from therapy?

Clinical therapy is a regulated profession focused on diagnosable conditions. I am a trained psychological counselor, I work with broadly functional people who want depth, embodiment and a real practice for their own growth. Many of my clients see a therapist and me in parallel and find the two roles complement each other well.

How many sessions will I need?

Honestly: it depends. Some people come for three TRE sessions, learn the practice, and continue on their own. Others work with me on and off for a year or more through a big life transition. I'd rather you stop when you're ready than keep coming because you feel you should. We'll talk about rhythm and arc on the intro call.

Can we do this online?

Yes, I work online with people in many different countries, and the work travels surprisingly well through a screen. For TRE in particular, online often works beautifully: you're in your own room, on your own mat, in your own quiet. We use Zoom or similar. All you need is a space you can lie down in and not be interrupted.

Do you work with men only?

No. Men's Inner Work is one thread of what I do, and about half of my 1:1 practice is men. But the work itself is universal, the nervous system doesn't have a gender. I work with women, non-binary folks, and couples, and the methods are the same. The lens just shifts.

What if I'm not sure which offering is right for me?

That's the most common situation, and it's fine. Book a free intro call, tell me what's happening in plain language, and I'll tell you honestly where I think we should begin. Sometimes the answer is "with me." Sometimes it's "with somebody else, here's who." You'll know what to do next either way.
